All RNs will get one on one interviews with clinical managers, tour the units and meet the CNO.

Who is this for?

 RNs -Must be U.S. or Canadian Citizen (Canadian Permanent Residents do not qualify.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical, ER, L&D, Telemetry and Step Down 

Currently working at the bedside in a hospital setting.

Willing to relocate within 3-6 months of the event.

Welcome Breakfast with the CNO         8:00 AM

Sit back and enjoy breakfast as you meet the leadership team and hear a few words from the Chief Nursing Officer.

Hospital Tours                                    9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

On this full tour, you will get familiar with the facility and have an opportunity to experience the energy throughout the hospital.

Department Tours                            11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Get a behind the scenes look at the department you could be joining! Meet the staff and review the equipment and patient rooms.

Interviews                                        10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Personal scheduled interviews with Clinical Managers will take place throughout the day. 

Lunch                                              12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Lunch with staff members and Q&A with Human Resources and Benefits.

Community Tour                                  4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

We will all board a shuttle and take a tour of the community, check out a few apartments, local schools and apartments. Find out if you can you see yourself living here?

Closing Reception                                  6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Wind down and take in all you have experienced!  Do some final networking and learn about next steps.
